The Mini-Zip Business
Card Cutter is a very
simple machine designed
to cut ten business
cards, of size 55 x
85mm, from an A4 sheet.
The machine has two
fixed independent
cutting sections. Once
the card design is
complete and printed, A4
sheets are stacked in
piles of five and fed
through the first
cutting section (left).
The cutters remove the
edges and leave two
strips of five cards
(size 85 x 297mm).
These strips are then
turned through 90
degrees and passed
through the second
cutting section (right).
This removes the edges
and cuts the strips into
five perfectly cut piles
of business cards.
Combined with a laser or
ink jet printer, the
Mini-Zip allows low
volume business cards,
ID Cards and tickets to
be produced with ease. |
